Description

NANO V3.0 Development Board – Clone Compatible Model

This Arduino-compatible Nano V3.0 micro-controller is a small, complete, micro-controller board based on the ATmega328 MCU. It has more or less the same functionality as the Arduino Duemilanove, but in a smaller package. It lacks only a DC power jack, and uses the more compact Mini USB (Mini-B) connector instead of a standard USB connector.

It is compatible with Arduino programs and the Arduino IDE. The Nano incorporates a USB-to-serial converter (typically using the CH340 or CP2102 chip), allowing for easy communication with a computer.

It can be powered via the Mini-B USB connection, a 6-15V unregulated external power supply (pin 30), or 5V regulated external power supply (pin 27). The power source is automatically selected to the highest voltage source.

The Arduino Nano V3.0 is powered by the Atmel ATmega328P microcontroller, the same microcontroller used in the Arduino UNO. It’s a high-performance, low-power AVR 8-bit processor.

The ATmega328P operates at a clock speed of 16 MHz, providing relatively fast processing capabilities for a variety of applications.

Flash Memory: 32 KB, used for storing the program code.
SRAM: 2 KB, used for storing variables and runtime data.
EEPROM: 1 KB, a non-volatile memory for storing data that should be preserved between reboots.

The Arduino Nano V3.0 operates at 5 volts, and it can be powered via the USB connection or an external power supply.

One of the distinguishing features of the Nano is its small size. It is significantly smaller than the Arduino UNO, making it suitable for projects with space constraints.

Digital I/O Pins: 22 (including 6 that can be used for PWM output).
Analog Input Pins: 8, for reading analog sensor values.

USB Interface: The Nano can be connected to a computer via USB for programming and serial communication.
UART (Universal Asynchronous Receiver/Transmitter): Used for serial communication with other devices.

Similar to other Arduino boards, the Nano features a reset button to restart the program execution.

Power LED: Indicates that the board is receiving power.
TX/RX LEDs: Show the data transmission/reception activity on the board.

The onboard voltage regulator ensures a stable 5V supply, allowing the Nano to be powered by a variety of sources.

The Arduino Nano V3.0 is compatible with the Arduino software and can be programmed using the Arduino IDE. It is also compatible with a wide range of shields and accessories designed for the Arduino platform.

The Arduino Nano V3.0 is a popular choice for projects where space is a concern, and its compatibility with the Arduino ecosystem makes it easy for users to find and share code and libraries.

Note: If you are getting the error while uploading the code in the Arduino Nano or not detecting the port need to upload the bootloader.

Note – To use this board you must have installed CH340G Drivers

If you face error while dumping code change bootloader to old bootloader from the tools menu
