At Hobbify (hobbify.in), we strive to deliver your electronic components and custom fabrication orders quickly and safely. We have partnered with Shiprocket as our primary logistics aggregator to ensure reliable delivery across India.
1. Order Processing Timelines
Standard Off-the-Shelf Components: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days.
Custom PCB & 3D Printing: Because these services are manufactured specifically for your design, processing and fabrication typically take 3 to 7 business days before the order is ready for dispatch.
2. Shipping Charges
Shipping rates are calculated dynamically at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery pincode.
Please note: As stated in our Refund Policy, original shipping and logistics charges are strictly non-refundable in the event of an approved return.
3. Delivery Timelines
Once dispatched, standard delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location and the serviceability of our courier partners (e.g., Delhivery, BlueDart, DTDC, etc.).
Deliveries to remote areas may take slightly longer. Hobbify is not liable for delays caused by adverse weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen operational issues with the courier companies.
4. Order Tracking
As soon as your order is handed over to our shipping partner, you will receive a tracking link (AWB number) via email or SMS. You can use this link to track the real-time status of your package.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery on eligible items and specific pincodes through Shiprocket.
COD orders may incur an additional handling fee, which will be displayed at checkout.
6. Contact for Shipping Issues If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, or if you receive a visibly damaged parcel, please do not accept the package and immediately contact us at [email protected].
