Welcome to Hobbify (accessible at hobbify.in). By accessing our website, purchasing our electronic components, or utilizing our custom fabrication services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Overview of Services
Hobbify operates as an e-commerce platform providing DIY electronic components, spare parts, custom PCB fabrication, and 3D printing services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any product or service at any time without prior notice.

2. Pricing and Taxes (No GST)

  • All prices listed on the website are final at the time of checkout.

  • Tax Status: Hobbify currently operates below the statutory threshold for GST registration in India. Therefore, we are not GST registered, we do not collect GST on our sales, and no GST invoices will be provided.

3. Payments

  • Prepaid Orders: We process online payments securely through our authorized payment aggregator, Cashfree Payments. We accept major Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, and Wallets.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): COD is available for eligible products and pincodes. This is facilitated through our logistics partner, Shiprocket. Additional handling fees may apply for COD orders.

4. Custom Fabrication Services (PCB & 3D Printing)

  • When placing orders for custom PCB fabrication or 3D printing, you are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and functionality of the design files you upload (e.g., Gerber, STL, OBJ files).

  • Hobbify is not liable for manufacturing defects, functional failures, or fitment issues that arise from poorly designed, inaccurate, or incomplete customer-supplied files.

5. Safe Usage of Electronic Components

  • The electronic parts, modules, and kits sold by Hobbify are intended for hobbyists, prototyping, educational, and DIY purposes.

  • Customers are expected to possess a basic understanding of electrical safety. Hobbify is not liable for any short circuits, component damage, personal injury, or property damage resulting from improper handling, reverse polarity, or incorrect voltage application.

6. Order Cancellation and Returns

  • Your purchases are governed by our strict Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy.

  • By agreeing to these Terms & Conditions, you acknowledge our 24-hour standard cancellation window, the strict no-cancellation/no-return policy on custom fabricated items, and our manual testing procedures for returned components.

7. Intellectual Property
All standard content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Hobbify. Customer-uploaded design files remain the intellectual property of the customer and are used strictly for the purpose of order fulfillment.

8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of your use of this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the local courts.
